High Court - Chancery 1 List Notice - 18/05/2020

Chancery 1 List: Motions only on each Monday from 23rd March 2020 to date and going forward to Monday the 27th July 2020.

Your attention is drawn to the following notice in respect of consent orders regarding the above and your assistance would be very much appreciated.

Ms Justice Reynolds has directed that any motions which were listed in the Chancery 1 List on Monday 23rd March - Monday 11th May 2020 inclusive and have previously been adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter , together with any Motions listed on Monday 18th May - Monday 27th July 2020, can be dealt with by way of a consent order without the necessity to attend court.

Please therefore email the undersigned, exhibiting the consent of all parties to the litigation, and a consent order will then be perfected by the Registrar from the date the said consent is received and the said email together with a copy of the consent will be placed on the Court File.

Ms Justice Reynolds has further indicted that additional information will follow regarding the balance of the motions still "live" after the above exercise has been completed.
