Nenagh District Court will be closed on Monday 8 July as a mark of respect at the sad passing of Judge Mac Grath.

Due to the death of Judge Elizabeth MacGrath the Courthouse in Nenagh will close on Monday 8 July as a mark of respect.

Mr. Burke, the County Registrar, has directed that the Family Law Case Progression Court due to sit at Tralee Courthouse on Friday the 19 of July 2024 at 10.30 a.m.

The Longford County Registrars’ Family Law Case Progression hearing list scheduled for Monday 15 July 2024 has been postponed and has been re-scheduled for Monday 2 September 2024 commencing at 11.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Sligo County Registrar’s Motion Court lists scheduled for the 10 July 2024 has now been cancelled.
