1. County Registrar Sittings:
A) Case Progression List for Tullamore Court Sitting on Thursday the 19th March 2020 and 23rd April are cancelled. All cases listed for both of these sittings have been adjourned to Thursday 7th May at 10:00 a.m.
B) County Registrar Motion Lists for Tullamore on the 6th April 2020 and 20th April, 2020 have also been cancelled. All cases listed for both of these sittings have been adjourned to Monday 18th May 2020 at 10:30 a.m.
2. Circuit Civil and Family Law Sittings: -
A) Circuit Court Judge's Civil and Family Law Lists in Offaly for the week commencing Tuesday the 24th March 2020 are all adjourned to the next Civil and/or Family Law Callover List on Tuesday the 12th May 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
B) In the event of an urgent matter arising the Solicitor for the moving party shall file a Notice of Application together with Grounding Affidavit with the Combined Court Office who will liaise with the Circuit Court Judge and County Registrar in order to fix a date for hearing.
C) A Judge will be available to deal with any urgent matters each Tuesday in Mullingar
