SOUTH WESTERN CIRCUIT

 Due to ongoing Covid -19 restrictions the following Kilrush District Court sittings will take place at Ennis Courthouse.

A callover of the list will be held remotely on Friday 15th January 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

Bantry District Court sitting tomorrow Thursday 14th January 2021 will not commence until 2pm

Bandon District Court sitting Friday 15th January 2021 will not commence until 12.30pm.

Derrynea District Court will not be sitting this Thursday the 14th January 2021.

All cases will now be listed at Derrynea District Court on the 19th January 2021 at 10:30am

Carlow Circuit Civil Court

The virtual Family court on 8 January will proceed. The afternoon physical Family court on 8 January is adjourned to 5 March.

WATERFORD CIRCUIT CIVIL AND FAMILY LAW COURTS

Due to Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions the following arrangements will apply in relation to the sittings of Tullamore District Court on the 13th, 18th, 20th,  25th and 27th January.

The Circuit Civil sittings in Galway this week commencing the 12th January 2021 and next week commencing 19th January 2021 have been postponed. 

The  Mullingar Family court on 13 January will proceed virtually for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.

Due to the continuation of public health measures as a result of Covid-19, the High Court Civil Jury actions scheduled for hearing from Tuesday 2^nd February 2021 have been cancelled.
