The sitting of the County Registrar's Call Over Court for the Circuit Court Family Law Court scheduled to commence on 2nd March 2021 will proceed. A staggered list will issue / be published on the legal diary early next week. Please adhere to the time slot allocated to comply with public health guidance. In accordance with the statement in respect of the arrangement of Courts - Covid-19, Carlow Court Office will notify parties of the adjourned dates.
The County Registrar will be available to sit in Carlow to hear urgent applications.
Carlow Court office will, on a temporary basis, accept consent adjournment applications by email where both parties email independently and they will be notified of the adjourned date by email to the email addresses from which they were received.
