Please note the following for the upcoming Family Law and Civil Sittings:
1. All cases which have received a case management questionnaire and not returned same to the court office by the deadline outlined will now be listed for mention from 10.30am. Please be advised that only legal practitioners involved in these cases only should attend at this time, based on court time available on the day and courthouse capacity a time slot for that day may be assigned at this point. Parties involved in a case/ witnesses should attend the courthouse only at the time allotted to their case.
2. All cases that have returned a questionnaire requesting on consent adjournments need not appear in Court the relevant paperwork will be placed on file for reference.
3. All cases that have returned the questionnaire have been assigned a time and should attend in line previous conditions outlined in notices published on Courts.ie (Wicklow Circuit Court 29th May 2020).
