The County Registrars Civil List of the 18 May 2020 and Family Law List of the 11 May 2020 which were cancelled due to COVID-19 will be heard on the following dates:
Family Law Motions and Case Progressions - Monday the 15th of June 2020.
Civil (matters excluding any possession matters) - Monday the 29th of June 2020.
Motions and Civil Bills for Possession: Please note that all Motions and Civil Bills currently listed before the Court are to be adjourned until a date in October. Any New Civil Bills for Possession or new Motions in relation to possession cases lodged for the foreseeable future will be given a date post October.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Prior to these lists being finalised case management questionnaires will issue via post or email.
Based on the information provided each case will be assigned a specific time to attend on the day and the finalised list will be published on the legal diary in the normal way with the time to attend fixed.
Please do not attend the courthouse any earlier than 5 mins prior to your assigned listing time.
Only parties essential to the matter being heard should attend the courthouse.
These sittings will be closely monitored and any problems or non-observance of any of the guidelines may have a negative impact on any future sittings.
