URGENT NOTICE re Wexford sitting of Family Law Circuit Court next week (11th - 14th May 2021)
PLEASE NOTE that due to unforeseen circumstances, the following measures are in place for next week's sitting of the Family Law Circuit Court in Wexford:
All cases listed for Tuesday 11th May 2021 will now be listed for hearing before Judge Doyle on Thursday 13th May 2021 in addition to the cases already listed on Thursday 13th May 2021. There will be a callover of all of these cases at 10.30am on Thursday 13th May 2021.
All cases listed for Wednesday 12th May 2021 will now be listed for hearing before Judge Doyle on Friday 14th May 2021 in addition to the cases already listed on Friday 14th May 2021. There will be a callover of all of these cases at 10.30am on Friday 14th May 2021.
The Court will endeavour to deal with as many as possible of these cases during these two days (Thursday 13th May and Friday 14th May 2021).
