Notice re re-scheduling of Wexford Circuit Court family law and civil hearings from February 2021 to April and May 2021

Dear Colleagues
As you are all aware, we had to cancel all Circuit Court civil and family law cases scheduled to be heard in Wexford for the month of February 2021. In order to be fair to those parties and practitioners involved in these cancelled hearings, I have decided to automatically assign new hearing dates to these cases now. Accordingly the cases are listed for hearing as follows:
Family law week
2/02/21 are now listed for 20/04/21
3/02/21 are now listed for 21/04/21
4/02/21 are now listed for 22/04/21
5/02/21 are now listed for 23/04/21
Civil weekÂ
16/02/21 are now listed for 04/05/21
17/02/21 are now listed for 05/05/21
18/02/21 are now listed for 06/05/21
19/02/21 are now listed for 07/05/21
Family law week
23/02/21 are now listed for 11/05/21
24/02/21 are now listed for 12/05/21
25/02/21 are now listed for 13/05/21

If your case has settled, please email me and I will make the appropriate order. If the new date does not suit the parties, then they should email me and I will remove their case from the above sitting and the case will be put in to the callover on Wednesday 21st April 2021 for the sitting in June and July 2021.
Accordingly the callover scheduled for 17th February 2021 is cancelled, however, I am happy for parties to email me with details of any case which is ready for hearing (giving me the estimated duration of the case and number of persons in attendance) as gaps will undoubtedly appear in the above schedules.
