Due the restrictions imposed by the Courts Service regarding the prevention of community spread of Covid 19, please be advised that there will be no formal court hearing of the Callover List on 31st March next and therefore you are not required to attend Mullingar Courthouse on that date.
If you wish to adjourn your case to the next Callover you must get the consent of the other party to the adjournment. If you wish to have your case called on for hearing before the Circuit Court Judge in the upcoming May 2020 sittings, you may request this by way of e-mail to the court office provided you set out how long you think the case will take.
Please ensure the Solicitor for the other party or the other party where there is no Solicitor on record is included on the e-mail in order to satisfy the Court office that the application is one on consent.
