County Westmeath Callover of Civil & Family Law cases - 25 March 2021

This callover is to list cases for the two week scheduled Civil and Family law sitting of 11 May -21 May 2021.

There were four weeks of civil and family law cases which were listed for hearing in February and March 2021 and which were adjourned to the callover due to the pandemic level 5 restrictions in place. Only these adjourned cases form this priority list for the March callover.

All other cases in the callover list will be listed at the next callover on 16 September 2021 for the November 2021 sittings.

Please be advised there will not be a formal court hearing of this March callover. The Court office will accept cases called on for hearing at the May sitting by email. The Court office will accept consent adjournment applications to the next callover by email.

Please ensure you refer to the Callover in the email and state the record no/  title of proceedings. Please confirm the length of the hearing and number of persons due to attend. Please advise whether the parties agree that the hearing can be heard remotely.

Please ensure all parties in each case are included on the email to the Court office in order to satisfy the Court that the application is one on consent.

All email applications must be sent by 5pm Monday 22nd March 2021

The Court office email is mullingarcourtoffice@courts.ie.

The County Registrar will review the applications received by email and arrange the May sittings from the email correspondence. The list will be posted on the courts website.
