It is proposed by the Office Manager to hold a Virtual Callover for Waterford Circuit Civil matters on March 25th 2021 at 10:30 a.m. instead of holding it in the Courthouse which was the original planned date and which was postponed as per email on February 25th. This will fix the list before her Honour Judge Alice Doyle for the week commencing April 13th 2021
We would like to stress that this is not set in stone, as we await updates on the level 5 restrictions and thus, direction on what lists are deemed essential . We will be given updated information and guidance on a weekly basis from March 15th onwards and we will keep you updated accordingly
We have also written to lay litigants in this regard.
A link will be sent to you closer to the time with instructions to allow you to join the virtual Callover, if it is going ahead and likewise, we will be in touch if it is not.
