Trim - Meath - Circuit Court Civil & Family - Callover Lists - 22 and 24 July
Tuesday 07th July 2020
Terms & Sittings
1806 Days ago

Please be advised that there will be no formal court hearing of the Callover Lists  on 22nd July 2020 (Family Law) and 24th July 2020 (Civil)  and therefore you are not required to attend Trim Courthouse on that date.

Callover Lists for both the 22nd July (Family Law) and 24th July (Civil) are available on the Legal Diary.

If you wish to adjourn your case to the next Callover you must get the consent of the other party to the adjournment. If you wish to have your case called on for hearing before the Circuit Court Judge in the upcoming October 2020 sittings, you may request this by way of e-mail to the court office provided you set out how long you think the case will take.

Please ensure the Solicitor for the other party or the other party where there is no Solicitor on record is included on the e-mail in order to satisfy the Court office that the application is one on consent.

All email applications must be received by 4pm on Monday, 21st July 2020.

The Court office email is trimcourtoffice@courts.ie
