Monaghan Circuit Criminal Court - Change to Business Listed - October 2021

By direction of Judge John Aylmer of the 15th of September, 2021 PLEASE NOTE;

All District Court Appeals due to be listed at the sitting of Monaghan Circuit Criminal Court on the 12th, 13th and 14th of October, 2021 will now be listed at a Special sitting of Monaghan Circuit Court on the 23rd of November, 2021. This is to facilitate the hearing of Jury Trials in the October session.

Jury Trials called on for hearing at the Special Sittings on the 23rd of November, 2021 will remain in the Circuit Criminal list at Monaghan Circuit Court on the 5th of October, 2021.
