The virtual Family court on 8 January will proceed. The afternoon physical Family court on 8 January is adjourned to 5 March.
The Personal Insolvency callover on 11 January will proceed virtually. The Civil motions court will proceed virtually on 18 January for cases where there are solicitors for all parties in each case.
The Possessions court on 25 January is adjourned to 23 April 2021.
The virtual Family court on 5 February will proceed. The Civil motions court will proceed virtually on 8 February where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. The Possessions court on 22 February will be reviewed by the end of January and parties advised further.
Civil Motions involving lay litigants scheduled for January and February courts are adjourned to the 15 March court.
Taxations, marriage exemptions, care rep applications and ground rents will continue via virtual courts.
