In line with government guidelines and the Order of the President of Circuit Court dated 27th January 2021 the sittings of Mayo Circuit Court for Civil and Family Law business for Castlebar and Ballina scheduled to begin on 11th February 2021 shall be dealt with as follows:
Family Law matters due to be listed are adjourned to a date to be fixed in the Circuit Court Office Office and new hearing dates will be published on the Legal Diary in due course.
A Judge will be available to hear all urgent applications and the Court Office should be contacted in this regard.
Civil matters due to be listed are adjourned to a date to be fixed in the Circuit Court Office and new hearing dates will be published on the Legal Diary in due course.
Criminal District Court Appeals for Ballina are adjourned to the Circuit Court sitting in Ballina on the 2nd June, 2021
