Further to Notice issued this morning an update has now been received from the President of the District Court that All and every person or persons concerned are hereby required to take notice that in pursuance of a direction received from the President of the District Court assigned to this District
I, as Clerk for the above-mentioned Court area, do hereby adjourn the holding of this Court to the 06th day of July, 2021, at 10.30 am. at the Courthouse, Portlaoise as follows:
- All custody shall stand so remanded to the sitting of the Court on the 06th day of July, 2021 at 10:30am.
- All Domestic Violence interim orders (Protection Order / Interim Barring Order) remain in force until the sitting of the Court on the 06th day of July 2021
- all persons remanded in custody shall stand so remanded to the sitting of the Court on the 06th day of July, 2021 at 10:30am
- All persons on bail are remanded to the 06th day of July, 2021 at 10:30am
and all and every person or persons summoned, or bound by recognisance to attend this Court to be held here today, are hereby bound and required to attend as aforesaid without any further notice.
