A call-over of the Circuit Court Civil list will take place at 10.30a.m. each morning in which the Judge will allocate time slots to cases for hearing.  Parties to the cases on the lists will need to be represented at the call-over and be in a position to confirm their readiness to proceed, length of time their case will take at hearing, whether the matter is contested and if so how many witnesses will be involved and called. Clients and witnesses should not enter the Courthouse until they are called in by their Solicitors.  Please ask your clients to remain close by so that they can attend the Courthouse at short notice

Ruling of Minors - Judge O'Sullivan only requires the legal practitioners to attend Court.  There is no requirement for the Plaintiff Minor and Next Friend to attend Court unless the Next Friend is not in agreement with the settlement or the Judge has to visual a scar."
