High Court Notice - Vacation September 2020
Practitioners are hereby advised of the following arrangements during September 2020.
In addition to the matters already listed for hearing there will be a High Court Judge available every day throughout the September to hear urgent applications.
Applications will not be listed before the Duty Judge without certification from the High Court Duty Registrar that the matter is urgent. In the case of any such matter please contact the Four Courts at 01-8886000 or email hcmotions@courts.ie and make arrangements with the High Court Duty Registrar.
All sittings before the Duty Judge will take place Monday to Friday in the Four Courts at 11.00 a.m. unless otherwise advised by the Registrar.
Legal Diary
The Legal Diary will be published on the Courts Service website (www.courts.ie) on each weekday during the September.
Central Office of the High Court
To comply with current Government physical distancing guidelines the Central Office is open for business by appointment only made through dublincivillaw@courts.ie.
Communication with the office should be by phone or email and documentation for non urgent business can be filed in accordance with Practice Direction HC90.
