This is a notice in respect of Motions originally listed in the High Court Common Law Lists for the months of May 2020, June 2020, July 2020 September and October 2020.

Motions which were originally listed for hearing in the Common Law Lists for the months of May 2020, June 2020, July 2020 September and October 2020 will now be heard in September 2020 and October 2020.

Parties are advised to check the Courts Service web site and the High Court Common Law part of the Legal Diary for the relevant hearing dates in respect of these motions and lists.
