Please note that the List to Fix Dates for High Court Civil Jury Cases originally due to be held on Thursday 25th March 2021 will now be held on Thursday 4th March 2021 before Mr Justice Barton at 10.30 O'clock by Way of Remote Hearing

This notice replaces the notice dated Tuesday 19th January 2021 (the date of the Wednesday 10th March 2021 as now been replaced with a date of Thursday 4th March 2021)

Parties are advised to check the Courts Service website and the High Court Legal Diary Jury List Section for details of the Jury List and the Virtual Courtroom number and relevant instructions.
