All accused persons on bail are NOT required to attend on the 12th January, 2021.
In order to minimise numbers in the courtroom Practitioners can nominate one or two colleagues to take instructions and move cases on their behalf.
Trials listed for the 2nd February, 2021, 9th February, 2021 and 16th February, 2021 will be listed on the 28th January,2021 for a callover on this date.
Trials listed for the 19th January, 2021 and 26th January, 2021 will be remain in the list for mention on these dates.
All other Trials will be adjourned to the next sessions.
Priority will be given to urgent sentencing matters. These will be spread over the three weeks beginning 13th January, 2021 and will be dealt with on a time slot basis.
Any ex parte applications can made to the Court at 1 pm any day the Court is sitting with prior notice to the Court Office.
The Circuit Court will sit in Dundalk for the week commencing the 12th of January and in Drogheda for the weeks commencing the 19th and 26th January 2021.
