EASTERN  CIRCUIT

 

 

 

I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent Judge of the Eastern Circuit, do hereby Order the following:

 

 

  1. That a special sitting of Drogheda Circuit Court shall be held on Monday 31st August 2020 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with jury trials returned for Louth. 
  2. That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie

  1. Go dtionólfar suí speisialta de Chúirt Chuarda Dhroichead Atha dé Luain 31 Lúnasa  2020 agus go leanfaidh sé chomh fada agus a thógfaidh sé chun déileáil le trialacha giúiré a chuirtear ar ais do Lú.
