Please note the following dates for the County Registrar's civil and family law lists for Washington Street Courthouse in Cork. 

County Registrar Motions (all physical hearings):
The County Registrar will sit for family motions followed by some case progressions every Tuesday during term at 10am.  (please note there will be NO sitting on Tuesday, 22nd June).
The County Registrar will sit for civil motions every Tuesday during term at 12pm.  (please note there will be NO sitting on Tuesday, 22nd June).
The County Registrar will sit for some possession motions on Tuesday, 18th May and Tuesday, 13th July both at 1:30pm.

Callovers:

All county callovers for the Trinity term 2021 will be held on Tuesday, 8th June and will be held by pexip.  Please use the pexip code to access the relevant callover.

Ground rent and taxations:

Individual dates for the hearing of these will be provided (using zoom) by the County Registrar.

 

COVID Protocols:

Please note there are no additional facilities available at the Courthouse in Washington Street e.g. consultation rooms.  Parties must leave the building immediately after their case is heard.

Anyone attending court buildings should continue to follow the public health guidance, and the Courts Service health and safety protocols, to help prevent the spread of the disease please:

- wear face coverings at all times in a court building, unless directed by a judge to remove same
- physical distance at 2 meters
- continue good hand and respiratory hygiene
- avoid congregating in groups
- comply with directions from Courts Service staff in relation to the management of the numbers of persons in court buildings and
- if you have symptoms or if you have been directed to restrict your movement or awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, you should not to attend court
