Cork Circuit Court - Adjournment of Civil Lists - November/December 2020

Dear Practitioners,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Circuit Court Civil Lists for weeks beginning 23rd November, 30th November and 6th December will NOT proceed as scheduled.  These lists will be rescheduled for hearing in January 2021. 

The Civil lists dated from Tuesday, 24th November to Friday, 27th November will be rescheduled to  Tuesday, 12th January to Friday, 15th January 2021

The Civil lists dated from Tuesday, 1st December to Friday, 4th December and Tuesday, 8th December to Friday, 11th December will both be rescheduled to Tuesday, 26th January to Friday, 29th January 2021
