Carlow Circuit Court – District Court Appeals - Adjourned
District Court Appeals which were due to be heard during the two weeks commencing 23rd March 2020 have been adjourned into the next call over on 8th September 2020 at 10.30am.

In accordance with the statement in respect of the arrangement of Courts - Covid-19, Carlow Court Office will notify parties of the adjourned dates.

If there are any urgent applications, please contact the Court Office by email at carlowcourtoffice@courts.ie or call 059 9153100 and we will confirm the availability of a Judge in the South Eastern Circuit to hear urgent applications.

Carlow - County Registrar's Motion Court - 24th March 2020 - Adjourned
The sitting of the County Registrar's Motion Court scheduled for Carlow Courthouse on 24th March 2020 is hereby adjourned to the 26th day of May 2020 at 10.30am.

Carlow - County Registrar's Call Over Court - 7th April 2020 - Adjourned
The sitting of the County Registrar's Call Over Court in relation to Circuit Court Crime and Family Law Easter sittings scheduled for Carlow Courthouse on 7th April 2020 are hereby adjourned to the 21st day of April 2020 at 10.30am.

Carlow - County Registrar's Case Progression - 7th April 2020 - Adjourned generally
The sitting of the County Registrar's Case Progression Court scheduled for Carlow Courthouse on 7th April 2020 is hereby adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter.

County Registrars will be available to sit in each Circuit to hear urgent applications.

Carlow Court office will, on a temporary basis, accept consent adjournment applications by email where both parties email independently and they will be notified of the adjourned date by email to the email addresses from which they were received.

Carlow District Court – Enforcement Summonses - adjourned
At Carlow District Court on 18th day of March 2020, all enforcement summonses were adjourned to the 4th November 2020 at 10.45am. Adjournment notices will issue in due course.
