Meath Circuit and Family Court Sittings:

• The sittings scheduled for the weeks of 21^st April and 28^th April 2020 will not proceed and all matters listed are adjourned to the Callover List in May 2020.

Meath County Registrar Motion Courts: 

• All motion courts are adjourned until 20^th April 2020. April and May courts to be reviewed in the coming weeks.
• Taxations are being dealt with remotely via skype hearings.
• Civil Case Progressions are being dealt with remotely via skype/ zoom hearings.
• Family Case Progressions - these can be dealt with remotely via skype/zoom hearings at the request of the parties.
• Marriage Exemption and Care Representative applications are being dealt with remotely via skype/zoom hearings.
• Other urgent applications can be facilitated remotely upon request.

May Callovers

• Further communication will issue regarding the management of the May callovers after 20^th April.
