Communicating effectively with practitioners, court users, service users, website visitors and members of the public is very important to the Courts Service. We’re keen to understand how you want to receive and access information from us. We’ve put together a quick survey of 18 short questions to ask you how you would like to hear from us.
Results from the survey will be used to support the work on the development of the Courts Service Communications and Stakeholder engagement strategy.
As we progress with our Modernisation Programme it is timely to capture feedback from those we work with, as clear communications, collaborative working and a user-centric approach are all key features of the programme.
