Launch of our new licensing information
As part of our Modernisation Programme, the Civil Reform Team have developed new licensing information on Courts.ie. Our work focused on ensuring the new information is comprehensive, written in plain English, and aligned with court rules.

Courts Portal now accepting Probate applications
The Courts Service has expanded the Courts Portal to allow solicitors to submit Probate applications online for the first time. During this pilot phase, the Courts Service is working with a small group of solicitors to support and refine the new process.
