Court users should note that the Leitrim County Registrar’s Callover List (11:00am) and the Motion List (2:30pm) scheduled for Thursday 7 May 2026 in Carrick-on-Shannon have been rescheduled to Wednesday 6 May 2026 at the same times.

Clonmel – Jury Panel 7 attendance date change
Members of Circuit Court Jury Panel 7 in Clonmel who are not currently serving on a sworn jury and were asked to attend on 10 March 2026 should now attend Clonmel Circuit Court on Thursday 12 March 2026.

Courts Portal now accepting Probate applications
The Courts Service has expanded the Courts Portal to allow solicitors to submit Probate applications online for the first time. During this pilot phase, the Courts Service is working with a small group of solicitors to support and refine the new process.
