How to make a general complaint

Contact the relevant court office directly. They will try to resolve the issue promptly.

What will happen next
- We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, ideally at the first point of contact.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within three working days, confirming:
- the name of the officer handling your complaint, and
- their contact details.
- We will provide a full response within 15 working days.
- If this is not possible, we will send an interim update explaining the reason for the delay and when you can expect a full reply.
- We regularly review complaints to identify ways to improve our services.
- All complaints are handled promptly, fairly, impartially and in confidence.
