It is intended that these sittings will proceed .However as has previously been the case, the County Registrar will deal with certain matters as set out below without the requirement of the parties to attend the Court.
(1) Where Consent Orders are being sought and where the parties provide the terms of said Order in advance together with consent to the making of said Order
(2) Where the applications are ex-parte and all paperwork is in order.
(3) Applications to withdraw or strike out from Applicants only.
(Please note that it the practice of the County Registrar not to make any Order for costs in such cases)
(4) Where both parties are consenting to an adjournment and where the Respondent(s) is not represented, the Applicant is seeking an adjournment.
Consents or requests for adjournments can be done by both parties, as appropriate, submitting an email to this office at roscommoncourtoffice@courts.ie as soon as possible.
