Family & Civil Callover 12th of April 2021

Please be advised there will not be a formal court hearing of the scheduled April callover. Lists will be fixed by the County Registrar in the office using the information given at the January callover. All cases not listed will stand adjourned to the callover on 27th September 2021.
The three weeks of civil cases which were listed for hearing in February 2021 and not heard will be listed during the civil sessions. Infant ruling motions will be added to the list. Please notify the office if same require to be listed.
The three weeks of family law which were listed for hearing in March 2021 will be listed during the upcoming family sittings. Some long cases will also be listed. Solicitors will be notified of the dates allocated to these cases.
Lists will be fixed to comply with current HSE and Government guidelines.
The lists will be posted on the courts website as soon as possible.
