High Court – Non-Jury/Judicial Review & Asylum - Summer Vacation Sittings 2026

1. Non-Jury/Judicial Review

   Judges of the Non-Jury Judicial Review Division will be available to hear cases on the dates below.

   • 30^th September 2026
   • 1^st October 2026
   • 2^nd October 2026

      

   Parties seeking a hearing date must apply to the Non-Jury Judicial Review List Judge.

2. Asylum Immigration & Citizenship

Judges of the High Court will sit to deal with pre-leave ex parte Asylum Judicial Review matters on the following dates.

1. 21^st of September 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
2. 22^nd of September 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
3. 23^rd of September 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
4. 24^th of September 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
5. 28^th of September 2026 [two sittings] (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
6. 29^th of September 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
7. 30^th of September 2026 [two sittings] (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)
8. 1^st of October 2026 (capacity for 20 cases per sitting)

Remote attendance at the above sittings will be facilitated. Matters at pre-leave stage will be allocated to the dates above when capacity is reached in the preceding list.

An Asylum Registrars List (Hybrid) will be held on the 30^th of September.
