Notice: Dublin Metropolitan District Court – Court 23 from 4th May 2021

All matters in Court 23 from the 4th May 2021 will proceed as listed.

Notice: Dublin Metropolitan District Court – Court 8 from 10th May 2021

Court 8, Ground Floor, Áras Uí Dhálaigh, Four Courts, Dublin 7: All matters in Court 8 listed between the 10th May 2021 to the 30th June 2021 inclusive are adjourned generally and parties will be advised of future listings in due course. The administrative office for Court 8 is strictly an appointment only service, Appointments can be made by emailing dublinciviloffice@courts.ie and a confirmation email with your appointment time be returned to you.

 

Hearings applications in Court 23 Four Courts will be conducted in strict compliance with all Covid-19 public health guidance and in compliance with the Court’s own practice directions. 

Parties must not arrive to Court 23 more than 5 minutes in advance of the start time allocated to their proceedings/application and are asked to comply, immediately and with courtesy, to all or any directions they may receive from Courts Service staff or security personnel engaged in supervising the areas adjacent to the Court.

Sittings of Court 23  will cease in the event of (i) non-compliance on the part of practitioners with Covid-19 public health guidance (ii) breach of any relevant Practice Directions or (iii) any other public health considerations. 

All negotiations between the parties to any proceedings/application before the Court should take place prior to the allocated hearing date and in circumstances which are fully compliant with Covid 19 public health guidance and social distancing requirements.

Any form of consultation or engagement between the parties or as between solicitor and counsel must take place outside of the Four Courts buildings and always in circumstances which are fully compliant with Covid 19 public health guidance and social distancing requirements.
