Dublin - Circuit Court - County Registrar - Taxation of Costs Applications only - 22 February 2021

Further to the statement of the President of the Circuit Court Published on 27 January 2021 and the Notice of the County Registrar for Dublin dated 28 January 2021 due to the current Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions, it is not possible to have a physical sitting for the list scheduled for hearing on 22 February 2021. The Taxation of Costs list for 22 February 2012 is published hereunder.

Those cases which are ready to proceed and where both parties are legally represented will instead be heard by VMR at 2pm on 22^nd February 2021.

Please contact the Dublin Circuit Court Office at dublinciviloffice@courts.ie, immediately and indicate the applications on the list which are suitable for hearing by VMR, the title of your email must be as follows URGENT TAXATIONS LIST 22 FEBRUARY 2021.

The Virtual Court Room Number and relevant instructions will be made available in the usual manner.

Please Further Note: - For hearings to be dealt with efficiently and on a timely basis and in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines and policies, parties will have to ensure that: - 

1. Copies of documents to be relied upon have been disclosed to the opposing side, in advance of the hearing. 
AND
2. Copies of all Orders relied upon and all vouchers are available for the County Registrar and will be lodged via post or drop box facilities in the Dublin Circuit Court Office, not later than 5 working days in advance of the Hearing, with the record number and hearing date clearly marked on the documents.

3. All original Affidavits are stamped and Affidavits and exhibits are filed in the Circuit Court Office.
