I, Keenan Johnson, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent Judges of the Dublin Circuit, Cork Circuit, Western Circuit, Eastern Circuit, Northern Circuit, South Eastern Circuit & South Western Circuit, do hereby Order the following:
- That cases listed for hearing on tomorrow Wednesday 14th October 2026 at the Dublin, Cork, Western, Eastern, Northern, South Eastern & South Western Circuits and which have not already been adjourned before 12 noon today, shall be adjourned to Thursday 15th October 2026 for hearing or to such other date which is deemed to be more convenient.
