Carlow Circuit Court - Michaelmas 2020 sittings update

Please be advised that the President of the Circuit Court has made changes to the 2020 Michaelmas Carlow Circuit Court sittings, as follows:

The call-overs for all DCA, Family and Civil Circuit Court sittings will take place for all sittings on 8th September 2020 at 10.30am. The call over for Carlow Crime has been brought forward to the 8th September 2020 in Carlow Courthouse. It is envisaged that Carlow trials with take place in Waterford Courthouse in November 2020. Further updates in relation to this with issue in due course.
