As part of the Courts Service Modernisation Programme, the Civil Reform Team have developed new informational webpages for personal injuries on Courts.ie.
This work has focused on ensuring the new information is comprehensive, written in plain English, and aligned with court rules. While making sure it’s accessible and easier to understand for our users. Part of this work includes improvements to make our information easier to find through Googles search engine.
This helpful new information sets out:
- what personal injuries are,
- explains court jurisdictions and where you can apply,
- and the steps involved in the court process.
We have engaged with a broad range of court users to develop this information, including our staff, members of the judiciary, legal practitioners, advocacy groups.
