Please note that there are amendments to the dates available for Civil and Family Law matters. The Court will not be sitting for Civil and Family Law matters on the 3rd of November 2020 and the session will now be organised as follows:

6th November 2020 - Family Law Trials
10th November 2020 - Civil Trials
11th November 2020 - Civil Trials
12th November 2020 - Civil Trials
13th November 2020 - Civil Trials
A virtual Callover will take place on the 8th of October 2020 in relation to fixing the lists for Civil/Family trials. Judge's Motions/Ex-Parte Applications should be made returnable for the appropriate motion dates above. Motions will be allocated time slots by the office and lists will be published online closer to the date.
