- Criminal Case Trends: More than 379,000 new criminal matters were received, representing a 2.8% decrease compared with 2024.
- Civil Case Growth: Nearly 188,000 new civil cases were recorded, an increase of 34% over the past five years.
- Domestic Violence Applications: 27,429 applications under domestic violence legislation received, an increase of 34% compared with 2019.
- Road Traffic Offences: There were 175,328 incoming road traffic offences, a 22% reduction compared with 2019.
- Personal Injuries: Personal injury claims increased to 14,661 in 2025; however, overall filings remained 33% below 2019 levels, while the total value of awards was 18.5% lower than in 2023.
