Please be advised that, due to staffing issues, the following services in the Civil/Probate section in Merchants Quay Limerick will be suspended from July 13 until further notice:
- Probate – Effective July 13, 2026, no new applications will be accepted. Applications may still be lodged in Dublin or through the new on line portal ( to register contact portal@courts.ie). No requests for copy orders will be accepted. Applications already in the system will be processed.
- Counter Service – Effective July 13, 2026, Counter Service will only be between the hours of 10 am and 12:30 pm
- Phone Service – Effective July 13, 2026, Phones queries will only be dealt with between the hours of 10 am and 12:30 pm.
