Civil Sittings:

1. 1 November 2022 is first day of Scheduled sittings in Tralee and will deal with Judges Motions, Licencing and callover of District Court Appeals list.

2. Listowel Scheduled Sittings on 6 & 7 December 2022 before His Honour Judge Terence O’Sullivan.

3. Killarney Scheduled Sittings on 8 & 9 December 2022 before His Honour Judge Terence O’ Sullivan.

4. Additional Civil Sittings in Killarney on the 14, 15, 16 & 21 December 2022 before His Honour Judge Terence O’Sullivan.

Family Sittings: 

1. Additional Family Law Court sittings on Tuesdays the 13 & 20 December 2022 at Tralee Courthouse before His Honour Judge Terence O’Sullivan.

Supplemental Family & Civil Call-overs for Michaelmas 2022 hearing dates:  

Monday 14 November 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Tralee Courthouse for Tralee & Listowel Civil Lists,

Tuesday 15 November 2022 at 10:00a.m. at Tralee Courthouse for Family Law List, and

Wednesday 16 November 2022 at 10:00a.m. at Killarney Courthouse for Killarney Civil List. 

Call-over dates for Hilary Term 2023 in Kerry Circuit Court. 

Family Law List at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 5 December 2022 at Tralee Courthouse,

Killarney Civil List Wednesday the 7 December 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Killarney Courthouse, and

Tralee & Listowel Civil Lists Thursday the 8 December 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Tralee Courthouse. 

Note:- 

Whilst we expect to have a judge for each week of Hilary Term 2023 this will be confirmed ahead of the Hilary 2023 call-overs. We expect to have a Civil /Family Judge for all weeks of January commencing 11 January 2023.
