The County Registrar will hold a virtual online Callover on Tuesday the 22nd of December 2020 at 2.30pm to organise the upcoming Civil and Family Law lists for the Hilary session. At the virtual callover, practitioners should be in a position to set out any urgency with the case, the amount of hearing time required, and the amount of witnesses to give evidence. Also, if there are any particular difficulties with certain dates, please inform the County Registrar at the Callover as these dates and times cannot be changed after they have been allocated.
The hearing dates which will be allocated at the virtual Callover are as follows;
23/02/21 - Family Law Motions
24/02/21 - Civil Motions
25/02/21 - Family Law Trials
26/02/21 - Family/Civil Trials
02/03/21 - Civil Trials
03/03/21 - Civil Trials
04/03/21 - Civil Trials
05/03/21 - Civil Trials
The Callover lists will be available in the coming days on the legal diary at www.courts.ie.
Instructions on how to access the Callover will be forwarded to parties in the coming days also.
