If you are not satisfied with how your request or complaint was handled
If you believe your personal data access request or complaint has not been dealt with in accordance with data protection law, you may contact the Data Protection Commission (DPC).
The DPC supervises compliance with data protection law in Ireland and can investigate complaints made by individuals.
Visit the Data Protection Commission website for details about your rights and how to make a complaint.
Complaints not related to personal data
If your complaint is not about data protection — for example, about the condition of a court building, customer service, or another operational issue — please see the Customer complaints section.
