We will publish future amendments as they become available to us. Where a statutory instrument inserts a new order into the Rules, the new order is included in the Index of Rules. Where a statutory instrument inserts a new appendix to the rules, the new appendix is included in the list of Appendices. Otherwise all amendments are appended to the relevant rule or appendix. Court forms: Court forms for use in the Supreme Court and High Court are set out in the Appendices. These forms may be copied by selecting the text and pasting to your blank document. Also, some of the most commonly used forms have been formatted for ease of use and are available in the Court Forms section.
