In Order 3 rule 10 (c) and rule 13; in Order 70 rules 54 and 56; the words "or of divorce a mensa et thoro" where they occur in Order 70 rules 4 and 23; the words "or permanent alimony" where they occur in Order 70 rule 55 and the words "and also permanent alimony" where they occur in Order 70 rule 57 shall be deleted.
