The rules and fees available on this site are provided by the Courts Service as a convenient reference. They do not purport to be the authorised version. The authorised version of a Court Rule / Fees Order is that published by the Stationery Office and available from Government Publications Sale Office, Sun Alliance House, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2. Copyright in respect of legislation including Statutory Instruments enacted in 2001 and thereafter is vested in the Houses of the Oireachtas.

Where a statutory instrument inserts a new order into the Rules, the new order is included in the Index of Rules. Where a statutory instrument inserts a new appendix or schedule to the rules, the new appendix / schedule is included in the list of Appendices / Schedules. Otherwise all amendments are appended to the relevant order, appendix or schedule.

Court forms:
Forms for use in the Supreme Court and High Court are set out in the Rules of the Superior Courts Appendices.
Forms for use in the Circuit Court are set out in the Rules of the Circuit Court Schedules.
Forms for use in the District Court are set out in the Rules of the District Court Schedules.
These forms may be copied by selecting the text and pasting to your blank document.
Also, some of the most commonly used forms have been formatted for ease of use and are available in the Court Forms section.
