Queries in regard to court cases

Queries about a particular court case should be made with the court office dealing with that case.

Decisions of the courts cannot be the subject of appeal to, or review by, the Courts Service. They can only be progressed through the courts using the established appeal procedures.

If you have a general query about a court matter and are unsure which office deals with it, you should use the Court office by topic link in this section to locate the relevant one. For example, if you click on Barring Orders you will see a link to the Family Law Office.
