District court jurisdiction:
This office deals with cases for hearing in the District Court areas of Ennis, Killaloe and Kilrush.
Kilrush District Court sittings are held at the Courthouse, Moore Street, Kilrush.
Killaloe District Court sittings are held at the O'Donovan's, Derg Court, Ballina, Co. Tipperary.
Circuit court jurisdiction:
This office deals with all circuit business for the county of Clare. The Circuit Court sits in Ennis and Kilrush.

Ennis courthouse is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 30 minute walk from the railway / bus station.

Train: Between five and nine trains serve Ennis daily on the Dublin / Limerick / Ennis route. Check www.irishrail.ie for timetables.
Taxis are available at Market Square.
Parking is available at the courthouse.
Kilrush is 43 km from Ennis via the Kilrush road.
Killaloe is 50km from Ennis via the Tulla Road.
